Trust & Safety
We review every agency before it appears in the directory. This page explains what we check, how reviews are handled, and what we expect from agencies who list on the platform.
Profile Approval
Each listing is reviewed manually. We check the agency’s submitted information and confirm that it aligns with a working website and a business email address. The contact details must be professional, and the business must appear to exist as described.
Listings that don’t meet this standard aren’t approved. We don’t chase missing information. If something doesn’t check out, it’s left unpublished until it does.
Award Claims
Agencies can include awards in their profile, but each one must be real and verifiable. If an award is well known or public, we check it. If it isn’t, we ask for evidence. Unverified claims are removed without notice.
We do not allow references to awards that are invented, purchased, or have no visible source. This applies to badges, logos, or written descriptions.
KYC Identity Verification
Agencies can optionally verify their identity by completing our KYC process. This includes submitting official company details and uploading ID documentation for review.
Verified agencies receive a visible status badge and are ranked slightly higher in search results. This step helps us confirm that the business is legitimate and operating transparently.
Verified Reviews
All reviews are manually reviewed before publication. We look at whether the submission relates to a genuine project, whether it appears to come from a real client, and whether the content follows our guidelines.
We approve reviews that seem legitimate, fair, and relevant to the work described. Submissions that are promotional, suspicious, or clearly false are rejected. We do not publish anonymous praise, recycled testimonials, or fabricated case studies.
Profile Misuse
Agencies are expected to keep their listings accurate. If we find repeated false claims, stolen content, or impersonation, we remove the profile without discussion.
We do not allow listings that exist purely to mislead or promote non-existent businesses. Agencies who repeatedly ignore the rules may lose access to their account and be prevented from updating their profile in future.
Reporting
If you see a listing or review that looks dishonest, you can report it. Reports are reviewed manually. Where a breach is clear, the content is removed.
We do not share the outcome of every report. The focus is on keeping the platform accurate, not on public enforcement.
Platform Standards
This is not an open directory. We don’t accept every agency. We publish listings that show signs of being real, responsible, and relevant to the people using the site.
Every profile that appears has been reviewed. Every review that’s visible has been checked. That’s how we maintain trust across the platform.
